PitchFDN combines PitchScrambler and PitchDelay in a feedback delay network. The pitch-reassigned signal is fed back through per-pitch-class delays, so pitches recirculate and can be transposed and excited again on each pass. A global feedback control and a dry/wet control keep unstable configurations under control. Setting the feedback to zero with an identity mixing matrix reduces it to PitchDelay, and setting the delays to zero reduces it to PitchScrambler. A mixing matrix shifted by one step, for example, produces a rising series of half-step-transposed echoes.
